- Stage 2 Mild CKD(GFR = 60-89 mL/min)
- Stage 3A Moderate CKD(GFR = 45-59 mL/min)
- Stage 3B Moderate CKD(GFR = 30-44 mL/min)

eGFR (estimated glomerular filtration rate)
The eGFR is a sign of how well your kidneys are cleaning your blood.
A blood test to find out how much creatinine is in blood. If eGFR is less than 60 for three months or more, you might have kidney disease.
Blood or protein in your urine.Kidneys make urine and if blood or protein presents in urine, its not a good sign of healthy kidney.
High blood pressure can cause kidney disease, but kidney disease can also cause high blood pressure.
Ayurvedic perceptive of CKD (chronic kidney disease)
As per Ayurveda Kidneys are made up of “Rakta” and “Meda” dhatus. And imbalance of these two dhatus leads to Vrika Roga (Kidney diseases), and balancing of both is an effective way to treat the kidneys. Vata is the main dosha for degeneration of the nephrons (kidney), even the area below umbilical cord has the vata dominancy.Selected ingredients must have Rasayana property so that Mutravaha Srotas (tissue damage can be prevented and repaired) tissues potential and resistance can be increased. This improves the filtration of urine by encouraging Rakta bhar vridhi, by serving as shothaghna and eliminating muttrakrichha. Lekhana action of such ingredients help to scrap the blocked narrow channels (Nephrons) will remove the blockage and increase the excretion of Sodium.
Customized approach and selection of herbs, minerals etc. significantly reduces the blood urea, serum creatinine level and improve the hemoglobin level. Due to reno-protective and nephro-genetic effect of Punarnava (Boerhavia diffussa) as the one of the main ingredient. To enhance the hemoglobin level conventional hematinic preparation like Kasisa and Mandoor are selected.
Provides sufficient nutrition at the level of Saptadhatus and helps in the blood formation by directly or indirectly interfering to the hem poetic system.
Cardiotonic and cardio protective ingredients are also used.
Gokshura, guggulu, trinpanchamoola and prawal ,Mukta helps to reduce the fluid overload due to renal impairment by diuretic action but also strengthen the renal and cardiac systems.
